Sign up and add your vehicle(s) to your profile. We track all maintenance schedules and proactively contact you before service is due. Depending on your tier, we can schedule the service, coordinate pickup/delivery of your car, and even arrange a taxi for you. All service records are kept in your digital expediente.
The Free tier includes one vehicle profile, basic maintenance tracking, email reminders before scheduled services, and access to our partner directory. It is a great way to experience the platform before upgrading.
Optimum members save 10-15% at our partner network, and Premium members save 20-25%. On average, members save $300-$800 per year on vehicle services — often more than the cost of the membership itself.
Premium members can request car pickup and delivery up to 4 times per month. Our driver picks up your vehicle at your home or office, takes it to the partner shop, and returns it to you when the service is complete. Premium members also enjoy airport car service: drive to the airport and we will bring your car back to your home or office, then return it to the airport for your arrival. You receive real-time updates throughout.
Free members can track 1 vehicle, Optimum members up to 3, and Premium members can add unlimited vehicles. Each vehicle gets its own complete digital expediente with full service history.
All members can contact us for emergency coordination. Premium members have access to a priority 24/7 emergency line with faster response times and a dedicated agent.
Every partner goes through a rigorous vetting process including facility inspection, credential verification, and insurance checks. We continuously monitor quality through customer ratings and regular audits. Partners must maintain a 4.0+ star rating.
Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. Monthly plans have no cancellation fee. Annual plans can be cancelled with a prorated refund for unused months.
